• Payment is due monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• Call a phone number answered by TotalClientAI's AI receptionist and leave your contact information
• Provide your phone number to a business using TotalClientAI services and consent to contact

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by business and by how you interact with the service. Typical frequency is 1–4 messages per appointment or interaction. You will not receive unsolicited marketing messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. TotalClientAI does not charge separately for SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in. You can also opt out by contacting us at [email protected].
